Life strategies for families
All families go through a series of life changes together, which can sometimes contribute to unexpected pressure and stress. Our family-focused programs consist of effective strategies to assist you and your children through some of the challenging phases of the family life cycle. Some of these phases include:
PARENTING ADOLESCENTS: Our individualized program will give you specific tools to build upon your existing parenting skills during this life-altering stage in which your adolescents are struggling to become independent adults.
EMPTY NEST PERIOD: Our strategies will guide you in re-defining yourself and your future goals during this post-parenting phase.
BECOMING SENIOR CITIZENS: We will provide you with the necessary strategies to make a healthy transition to this stage of life. Through encouragement and support, you will learn how to confidently explore the opportunities that can make your life a fulfilling one.
Our family-oriented programs are also geared to assist families who are ready to improve the quality of their family life, where issues such as domestic violence, alcoholism and other substance abuse problems have strained relationships within the home.
